• Provide accurate and complete registration information (name, email, business details)
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the authority to bind your business to these Terms

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Payment Terms

By subscribing to our Services:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
• All fees are quoted in US dollars and are non-refundable except as specified in our guarantee.
• One-time setup fees are charged at the time of onboarding and are non-refundable once setup has begun.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Service Level & Guarantee

We strive to provide reliable, high-quality service. Specific guarantees and service level commitments are outlined in your individual service agreement. Any performance guarantees referenced on our website are subject to the terms and conditions described at the time of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Use our Services to transmit spam, harassing, or fraudulent communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our Services
• Resell or redistribute our Services without written authorization

• Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to make timely payments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreiBytes Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
